Director
Nicole completed her BComm majoring in Law and Insurance and Risk Management, and her LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand. Whilst completing her articles at a well-known law firm in Johannesburg, she also completed her LLM in Privacy and Cyber Law. After articles, she spent a number of years in the corporate space, gaining a wealth of experience in commercial law and corporate governance..
It was during her MBA studies in 2015 that she decided to start a law firm that focused on small and medium sized entrepreneurial entities. Nicole has a wealth of experience in corporate commercial law, and a passion for the entrepreneurial space.

Christo Opperman
Director
Wilhelm Christoffel Opperman, or Christo, as he likes to be known, completed his LLB at the University of Pretoria, and an LLM in Environmental Law at the University of the Witwatersrand. After completing his articles at a well-known litigation firm in Johannesburg, and being admitted as an attorney, Christo went on to serve as a Judge’s Registrar in the Johannesburg High Court to the first appointed black female Judge in South African history, Judge ML Mailula.
Christo joined the C&O Inc. team in 2016, and was appointed as a director in 2021. With his extensive commercial litigation experience, and his passion for law, Christo ensures that our clients’ needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
